This would reduce the workload on Jenny, who is clearly very dedicated but understandably stretched thin. Additionally, during the exam period, more clarity and guidance around appointment policies—such as a limit of one 60-minute session per person per week—would be helpful. Improving the system’s stability is also essential, as there were instances where 30-minute in-person slots were unavailable, while Zoom appointments were open. It’s unclear whether this was due to classroom availability or a system error, but addressing it would enhance the user experience.
